The City of North Bay is conducting a major renovation of its Official Plan, which is the document governing Planning Department decisions.
N.E.W. has been involved in the process for several years through participating in the City’s Sustainable Communities
Committee and the Parks Planning Charette.
Otter Lake has been excluded from the Official Plan. Read about it at Otter
